Calvin Klein Hilow or asymmetric dress or tunic

This is a great dress on its own with the light blue center and that wide and deep blue tie-dye edging. I love the raw edge around the neck and the sleeves with a little bit of fringe. You can wear this on its own as a dress but I think it would look really cool over a pair of jeans also. In excellent condition. I don’t know if you can read the fabric tag but it’s 100% viscose
