size 12 no flaws comes with slip dress lining sewn down at the waist faux wrap top, modest faux wrap skirt, fully lined polyester, elastane, nylon shell 100% polyester lining The lining is almost like a slip dress but it's sewn down at the waist so I took measurements of the inner layer since the outer layer is a little flowier I didn't think it would give the best idea of fit. Pit to pit is 18" flat lay and stretches up to 22" Waist (measured where you see the seam) is 16" flat lay and stretches to 18"
