burroucusc *Notes: Gown tag says size 14 but gown has been altered to fit me (gown size 12) - street size 8-10. My measurements are 34 bust (very tiny yes) and 29.5 waist. The dress is not fitted in the hips so I didn't need my hip measurement taken. * *Note 2: Gown is altered to fit shorter woman at 5'0-5'3. Taller women need not apply, apologies!*

burroucusc @chirstiandkiros there is a small tear in fabric in the zipper (6th photo) but this can be easily altered by your seamstress. the zipper itself is intact and totally undamaged, its just the fabric around it was too snug when I put it on over my hips.
