Outer edge is accented with gold color paint. Marked Calif 800 USA on the bottom. I believe this is a replacement piece for a lazy susan, but it could also be used independently as a candy dish or relish tray. It is about 10.5" long at the longest point and about 5.75" wide at the widest point. No obvious chips or cracks, but a glaze pop in the middle and some light paint wear, see pics.
