This cool pewter belt buckle represents Calico Ghost Town It's a great buckle for collectors This buckle features an outline of an old time miner leading his donkey (horse?) as they go to search for gold They are outlined in a beige color as are the mountains behind them There are patches of green outline for grass Along the bottom it says CALICO GHOST TOWN in pink letters The background is black Calico is an old West mining town that has been around since 1881 and was abandoned in the mid-1890s after silver lost its value.
