Calico critter red roof starter home cottage dollhouse with a red roof and tan walls. Includes a table, sink, and ladder. In very good condition but missing a few pieces (shutters on windows, one of the railing pieces, chairs, bed, and small accessories). This version has the newer ladder stair design but still features the mail slot in door and came with tan sink (rather than the later pink). Great for adding on to an existing collection or just starting a collection.
