Caged Block Heels

Black Size 6 side velcro Caged heels. "Justice". I paid 40.00 for these for my 11 yr old daughter. She wore them ONCE! See pics of soles. The black marks on the bottoms (seen in pic)are from how the shoes are constructed. See pic of heel sole. No wear at all! These are super cute for an adult or teen. Non smoking home
