Cachet Sequin Wrap Blouse

Cachet size medium blouse. Dark blue with ruching texture and sequins. Semi-wrap front, single stitch halfway through to keep closed. Black rosette on the hip. Zipper up the back, stops before the collar. Shoulder pads, can be cut out. Not sure if it’s a vintage piece but definitely has a vintage style to it. Has a couple loose threads but overall excellent used condition PTP 20
