Cache sheer mesh, retro 60s fit and flare formal

I quite love this black mash over that bright aqua satin fabric. The line on this is potted, and there is an inset lace between the mesh top and skirt. An excellent condition. Please note my measuring photos. I believe this is closer to a four than a six and I’m going to list accordinglyin excellent condition
