Cache Vintage Y2K Women's Tropical Halter Black Floral Asymmetrical Hem Dress

Cache closed in 2015, so this dress is at least 10-15 years old (probably 20)! Please read about the flaws: This fabric has those clear plastic dot embellishments all over (very popular in the 90s and early 2000s), and since this dress is so old, they have yellowed a bit and some are falling off. I took some photos at the end so you can see what they look like! Still a really cool vintage dress, has no stains or tears, and looks great when worn, but please be aware that those embellishments are showing their age.
