This vintage Caché black and white blazer blouse features sheer long sleeves, velvet appliques, and a zipper front. This is a unique, one of a kind, piece! It's condition is very good, with faint white or clear stains near the bust area but is hidden when worn ( the front is zipped up) and a missing button on interior, also hidden when worn. measurements taken while laying flat: bust 16.5" waist 13.5" sleeve (pit to hem) 17.5"
