Boca by Cache. 90% cotton, 10% spandex. Shoulder to bottom of jacket, 21 in. Bottom of jacket width circumference 35 in. Neck width circumference w/ jacket zipped, 14.5in. Zipper on left & right side, 5 in length. Width circumference around breast (taped across nipple area) 33.5 in. Width one way across armpit to armpit,17.5in. Shoulder to armpit length, 8.5 in. Cuffs width circumference, 4.5 in. Cuff zipper length 4.5 in.

Cache often runs small. I don't want this tight on me. I'm a true size 6. Will this be loose over a shirt? I'm hoping to wear this on an airplane soon as a comfy jacket.
