Cable Classic Sterling Silver + 14k W/ Amethysts Brooch

Resembles David Yurmin but the only marks on this Brooch are MR/SS and MR/14K. Both marks are on the pin. The Amethyst pictured at the top of photos moves in the setting and would benefit from a jewelers fix. Both stones are smooth vs. faceted. measures 1.25" across. Comes wrapped up in box with a bow.
