Cabi boyfriend slim fit jeans size 4 but have a 32” waist preowned

Cabi jeans say size 4 but have a 32" waist (16 inches lying flat across) with an 8 inch rise. They are called boyfriend slim and have a medium dark wash navy blue jean 5 pocket zip front. Its a very short zipper because I think these are considered low rise. Inseam 30 and the widest part of the hip is 21 inches lying flat across back of jean. The jeans are straight leg with a width of 6 inches. They are 63 % cotton 17 % modal 11 % Elasterell and 9 % lyocel. They have a little stretch in the hips. The rest of the jean doesn't have any give. They are machine washable and very cute.
