I'm 5"3" and with 2" heels it was at top of shoe so if taller it will be more to ankle like models. This piece is still beautiful on us shorter gals!! A v-neck and also has pockets, slight x2-3 pleat-like accent at waist see picture and st waistline in back see detail band to allow this to fit so nicely to anyone's figure. can be casual or dressy! very cute!
