It’s 27.5 inches. When I wear it as a skirt unfolded (the black top fully extended), it hits at my calf. When I fold it over, it’s above my knees. When I wear it as a dress (black part pulled over my chest), it falls about mid thigh.
I’m 5’ 8”ish!
