@laravlboucher Hi there! The piece is in EUC. I found around 3 small pulls this morning, but no holes or tears & nothing that couldn't be clipped. The fabric is a bit textured already, so these were hard to find. No pilling. Smoke-free home (but pet-friendly). Hope this helps! Thanks for your interest.
