Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie Doll Coleco Vtg white dress with yellow tulips. The tulips print is pretty rare, or they are to me. They are usually rosebuds. I’ve only ever seen the tulips a couple of times. The bow and ribbons on the bonnet have some significant staining as shown in the photographs. The dress is in good condition. Manufactured by Coleco and original to the Cabbage Patch Preemies on their first year of production in 1984 No rips, stains, holes or tears other than the stains on the ribbons. Excellent condition.
