The vest is in good condition, although there are a couple of pulls in the material (pictures provided). While I'm unsure if it's designed to be reversible, the interior sunflower image suggests this possibility. The absence of tags is likely due to prior use as a reversible garment. Measurements are 18 inches pit-to-pit and 23 inches in length.
