Ca 1920 Schumann Bavaria Dresden Plate Reticulated, Scalloped and Gold Leaf Edge

This plate is a Schumann Bavaria’s Chateau Dresden pattern.  The Chateau Dresden pattern features a pierced, reticulated rim with scalloped edges that is trimmed in gold. Below the rim is a band of repeating flowers of the same type, followed by alternating floral garlands with floral medallions. The center of the plate is a clean white surface. This plate measures approx 9 1/4” in diameter, and is 1 1/4” deep. The bottom displays a Schumann Bavaria Mark. CONDITION: Pre Owned. The front offers an excellent used condition with no visible chips and no cracks. The underside of this plate has some surface cracks with some overall wear/scratches appropriate with age as shown in the photos. A few of the scallops on the rim have minor gold wear.
