Prairie Midi Dress with high low skirt. It buttons all the way down, has 3 tiered layered ruffle sleeves, V-neck and tiered high low skirt. Tag says size XS but definitely fits more like a small. Runs big. It is sooooo cute! Would look adorable with cowboy boots and a jean jacket!
