There are no labels or inscriptions to identify the materials, but all synthetic is probably a good guess. The stated size is 7, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of shoes that they know fit well prior to purchase. Inside measurements are: length, heel to toe 9.5"; widest point 3"; narrowest point 2.25". Heel height is 1/2". If you like the shoes but not the price, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate.
