This is 3/ 25 and is something that you can be sure will be unique and no one else will have up at Christmas. This is an artist in Edmonds, WA named S. W. Olason, this piece was passed down to me and not sure exactly when it was bought but I do believe it is from the 80's. The frame is still in good condition but the back is needing to be resealed, but other than that it is in excellent condition. This piece of art is embossed and painted with the wonderful saying, "Christmas Happens in the Heart" and is a heartwarming piece to put up in your house.
