Vintage 80s/90s CRELL USA black sleeveless bodycon mini dress with ruching down both sides. Deep V-neck in front and back. Straight cut. Empire waist. The shoulders are also gathered. Tie strings on the back neckline. Size juniors medium. Fabric content: 32% rayon, 60% polyester, 8% spandex. Unstretched measurements taken lying flat: Bust (armpit to armpit) - 12” Length (from shoulder) - 32” Condition: New without tags. This dress has been sitting in my closet and has never been worn.
