CR VINTAGE Hand Painted Newsboy Ceramic Figurine resembles a young Elvis

I wonder if he was a part of a tableau of Christmas Carolers, but he came to me as an orphan so we cannot know for sure. He needs to be glued securely to some sort of platform as he seems to have original "sketchers" rocker bottom feet. A few tiny chips off, could be touched up with a light stroke of mail polish. Overall color is vibrant. His face bears resemblance to a young Elvis! my photos don't do his appearance justice!
