What is the measurement across the hip?

Hi. Thanks for your interest! It’s approximately 20.5” across at hips. The hem is rounded in front and back and slightly shorter at the sides with a small ruffle at hem, so hard to get a super accurate measurement. I would say it’s a more tailored top for CP Shades and not oversize like some of their tops.
