CP Shades Patty. NWT. Color is River Rock, which is not black, but more of a very dark charcoal. As with all CP Shades velvet items, there is a sheen when viewed from different angles. Is machine washable. This top is oversized, flowing, not fitted. I would consider it closer to a medium. A-line in style. More fitted in shoulders, flares out towards the hips.
