Cp Shades collaboration with an artist named Bloomfield one of a kind petula button down top with embroidered floral detail and star patches. Can be worn open or closed. When closed/buttoned, the PTP can accommodate up to 23 inches flat. Shoulder to hem is 25.5 inches. No size tag but I have marked it as a size large based on measurements and overall boxy style.
