COWCOW London Bus Skater Dress Size 2X Sleeveless Fit & Flare Queen Elizabeth

If you like fun clothing and have never had a Cowcow dress you are missing out on an easy to care for super fun line of clothing with so many options. This blue London-themed fit & flare dress has a multicolor print that includes Big Ben, the famous red double decker bus, crown, taxi cab, Royal Guard, umbrella, and the late Queen Elizabeth. If this is your first Cowcow have in mind that they are sized to fit snugly and fall above the knee. I went up three sizes so it would be loose and I could fit a large tutu-like petticoat under it for a full, puffy look. The fabric is a thick synthetic with stretch to it. You will feel comfortably snug if this is your size. If you are sizing up the polyester spandex means the fabric will drape neatly for a smooth look. I purchased this dress in May 2019 for upcoming company functions. I wore it to a 1950s-themed gala then COVID happened and this has hung neatly in my closet since. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.
