I have for sale this adorable summer dress with tie straps in the back. It is made by COTTON:ON and is a size extra small made with 100% cotton. The bottom skirt has a really soft thin lining as shown in the last photo. The print is so pretty with shades of green, lilac, ivory, and brown.
