COTTON on size S, button front khaki dress

Khaki dress with nice button detail up front. Tie at waist. Small gathering up to tacked sleeves. There are a couple small light marks that are not very noticeable but I tried to show them in pictures. No tag to indicate fabric, but is soft and based upon the brand I would assume cotton? Measurements in pictures
