COTOPAXI Size Large Blue (Teal and red) Canvas Utility Belt Semi Structured

What photographs as navy actually leans towards a teal-tinted blue. A very rugged belt made from webbing. Half of it is semi rigid, as you can see where it stands up on its own in the photos. It is marked as "L", and sure enough, as a roughly 32 waist although I can wear it I would be dealing with a lot of slack. Happy to measure the length of it in inches if asked.
