It does have 2 chrome looking nuts on it but 2 are missing and 1 of the 2 falls off easily. Some super glue would hold it on easily and you could find 2 more at any hardware store. Does not affect the working condition and it's on the back. A small crack on the back as well but works correctly. Minor scratches and scuffs as shown in photos.
