WHITING & DAVIS * The "ultimate" in class for cigarette cases "back in the day" (60s-70s). This is GOLD MESH ~ and extremely RARE because it's actually LONGER (6-1/4"), so it will fit a pack of today's longer cigarettes. In addition, it has a pocket on the front for your lighter!! (so you're not digging around inside the case to find it) The snap lock on top works perfect ~ and the mesh itself is still in perfect condition (although the gold has rubbed off in a few spots). ** However, you can see that the inside is pretty dirty (who's going to see that?) ~ and there's a little area on one side of the metal rim that's open (2nd to last photo). It's not ripped, and I don't see where or how it came from. ** The other "flaw" is shown on last photo. About 2" of the mesh comes out of the solid metal rim on the back of the cigarette case. But that can easily be stuck back inside and "super glued" in. If you need a longer cigarette case, and want one with a lighter pocket ~ here it is! Still soft and silky feeling in your hand.
