There would be no adjuster to size down, but you can still go to Tiffany to alter (they may charge you). I would say the price reflects conditions of items. I don’t sell items that was obviously used/ wore because they’ve thrown away. I probably ignore offers with unreasonable price for an Jewelry without ‘Counter’.
