sopranoduck AWESOME POST! Thank you for sharing. I am bipolar and suffer with anxiety and this last year had a breakdown. Still healing. My mom, who was also bipolar and multi-personality, told me the best thing I can do is share my mental illness to let those that suffer in shame know it’s ok. 👍🏻 ❤️❤️❤️

thepinkarchive I absolutely love this. I have adhd and a few other MH disorders and I thought I was the only one who laughs about my issues. I suffer in silence because I would be in bed all the time super depressed if I didn’t laugh about it and I much rather laugh then cry

thepinkarchive @stella_n_bubba adhd, bipolar, depression and god knows what else lol. Plus I was an elite gymnast from 3-13 years old. My career ended from a major neck injury so I live in debilitating pain from herniated discs that are compressing on the spinal canal and my nerves - it radiates into my arms hands and fingers and my neck is just so painful.

thepinkarchive @stella_n_bubba Had an epidural that helped with the numbness in hands but nothing for pain. Actually found a psychiatrist that does hypnosis for pain and going to be trying Ketamine therapy for pain and depression. I never knew that chronic pain could actually be one of the causes of my depression

stella_n_bubba @pinkniqque GIRL!!!!! We need to talk 😂🥰 for reals. I am so very sorry to hear of your struggles with both MH and pain issues. And yes…suffering in silence is something we do best 😔 Definitely try Ketamine 🥳 I’d love to but not covered by insurance. I did ECT’s (shock treatment) years ago. Saved my life but now have a brain injury
