These are almost new rain boots with a leather upper and steel shank. Size 7 with small marks as shown on the leather around the ankles on each boot. Also on the left heel a small crack but it’s only a surface crack. These also have Thermolite thin insulation plus a plaid design inside for warmth around the ankle. The heal is approx .5”
