Is this black or navy? And what is the bust size?

@amdiaz1982 sorry! Iβve been unable to get into my account for a few weeks. The large says it fits an 8/10. Bust is 38-40β waist is 31-34 and hip is 40-43 from the website. Now Iβll say Iβm a solid 12/14 with my measurements being 38-32-49
The fabric is very stretchy.
