lisaarchibal453 @shawnyreese ok so the issue is the packaging to you used to send it was express priority packaging and used a priority shipping label. Express packaging costs 20 to 30 dollars more to use so they are returning it to you and you need to resend it using the the correct packaging and shipping label which is just priority and not express

shawnyreese @lisaarchibal453 I’m still waiting on them to come back. Can you believe my cat died yesterday? I just had my dog put down last week then my cat suddenly passed away 8 days later. What an f’d up month. I promise you’ll get your jeans as soon as possible. This has been a nightmare!! So sorry….

shawnyreese @lisaarchibal453 what a mess this has all been.So sorry about the mix up.That WAS an exp env but I never realized that. Esp since I’ve used this pack of env for many shipments and they’ve never been returned.I contacted PM to send a new shipping label at my expense. I’d send one on my own but don’t know if PM would accept that and pay me for the sale. I’ll let you know when I get it back in the mail to you! Again.. I’m so sorry. (On a happy note, my son found a new kitty to love and care for)
