This dress is a true Kelly Green, and was made by Christopher John Rogers, and sold at Target. It is a size XS however it runs very big. It can fit a size 6 and go up to a size 10, depending on whether or not the person is busty. The dress has high low ruffle details at the hymn, puffy sleeves and is true to the color. Please note, the belt is missing. New with tags, never been worn.
