@venicesylvia posh allows the buyer I believe 48-72 hours to accept the item or return them. Posh reviews the reason for return and ultimately they decide if the reason is just. I don’t love it but that i guess it is nice for the buyer in case they don’t fit or if they just aren’t what they thought. I do my very best with pictures and accurate descriptions. They aren’t cheap so I’m ok with it, I really want whoever buys them to love them. They really are beautiful.
