COPY - Black Chiffon Flowing Dress with Rhinestone Buckle

This lovely and elegant dress flows with you, as you move. It is sleek, but very forgiving in the mid-section. The rhinestone buckle holds draped fabric in place, perfectly. The dress is long and stops right above the ankle. (See photo #2). The multi-layered hem adds for a dramatic effect, be it on the dance floor or just walking across the room.
