The measurements everyone (including me) need to know so that we can tell if this would fit so that we could wear it are: the waist (along the top, from one side to the other) and the length (from top to bottom along one side). It's gorgeous, so whomever it'd fit well would surely be very happy to have it. I also need to know the fabric content; in other words, is this made of cotton, or polyester, or polyester and 5 % spandex, or....vinyl?
