Made in Portugal. Cute and comfortable black skort (shorts underneath bottom flaps) romper. Opening at bottom of back above shorts, allowing for airflow (see 4th picture). Tag says it’s a European size 36 which fit me (usually wear XS in American sizes). Machine washable. Length: 33.5” Armpit to armpit: 17.5”
