pashionfootwear @anjanasukumar HI! We are so sorry to hear that. Our shoes are molded in their heel form to ensure the heels look as good as possible. Brand new pairs will naturally arch when the heel is taken off and no weight is applied to the shoe. However, the shoe will both flatten out and naturally break-in to perfectly match your unique arch shape within about a week of wear. Check out other listings in our closet for just heel kits :)
