I’m not familiar with this shoe. Is it a shoe that comes with blocks converting to 3” heels? Where are the blocks shown?

@lilhedda Hi there, the heel featured with this style is a 3" Block Heel that is removable and also comes with a flat cap that allows you to wear the as a flat :)

Good day! So this is the 3” patent leather heel that comes with the flat heel cap. So, as I too am not familiar with this brand, does that mean the flat heel comes with this shoe as well? Or is it only the flat heel cap that allows it to be changed to a flat heel, but the flat heel is not included. I apologize for my lack of understanding!

@abowdan Hi there! All of our shoes come with the removable heel featured (for this one the 3" Block Heel) as well as a flat cap that goes into the bottom of the shoe once the heel is removed and worn as a flat. :)

@gypsophila72 Hi there, all of our 1.0 styles are Final Sale. I see you ordered "The D'Orsay Latte Patent Block 3 Inch 1.0 Final Sale" let me know if that helps.

@pashionfootwear No it dose not. you should be able to return for a bigger size. This is unethical bad business. All shoe stores let you exchange for bigger sizes. What am I suppose to do now! I needed these for my sons wedding. I will be sure to write a few reviews in regards to this. Your policies will not get you return business.

I’ve had these for about a month, and hoped to wear them on an upcoming trip. I removed the heel the first day and have been wearing them “flat” in hopes that they would flatten out but never have. The ties still curl way up like an elf. What can I do to fix this? As are, they are not wearable as flats

pashionfootwear
@krisframe Hi! Our shoes are molded in their heel form to ensure the heels look as good as possible.
Brand new pairs will naturally arch when the heel is taken off and no weight is applied to the shoe.
However, the shoe will both flatten out and naturally break-in to perfectly match your unique arch shape within about a week of wear.

@pashionfootwear Hi there: I’ve been wearing them for weeks and they have not flattened out. I look like an elf 🧝♀️

@krisframe HI, I am so sorry to hear they have not fully broken in yet, our #pashionista's say weighing them down over night can help speed the process up :)

If I wear a size 9 should I buy a size 8?
Jul 13Reply

pashionfootwear
@kimberly1119 HI! This order is recommended to run 1 full size large, so if you are a true shoe size 9 then a 8 would be suggested :)-Pashion Team

I’ve read all the comments, I just ordered these in matte black. I’ve always put on heavier socks and walked around the house before wearing outside, to break in shoes. It always works for me. Give it a try ❤️

For anyone else looking - I ordered a full size down and they were too small in the toe. They don't have a half size up, so I'm going to try a full size up and see how it goes!

@s_cavi Just curious to see if you it fit after all?

@shop__girlmon just got it yesterday! I stuck with my standard heel size, as they didn't have a half size down. they are a little big, but more roomy than loose. and nothing a small insert can't fix!
