CONSIGNED LOCALLY Halter Maxi Dress, Green

I bought this from another awesome posher, but it didn't fit. The tag says it's a large, but it fits more like a small or medium. The top, in particular was NOT made for the larger busted gal. My 36D's laughed at it. 😁 My dress form is about a 6 and it fits her fairly well. The fabric is green with white stripes and has a tiny bit of a sheen to it. It's very pretty. The halter has elastic around the neck for a little extra room, if needed. It is NWT, but I didn't keep the bag it came in.
