I have had Support Dogs and one was thought to be dead when picked up off the street .. she is Missy, photo in my closet. She passed away Dec 9th and GOD gave me a new baby .. Jan 20th, she is in my closet as well. 💖HAPPY POSHING💖💋

Phantom and Clawde are gorgeous😻😻 I love your new photos❣️ Thank you for the tag👏🏻 Clawde is such a character. And I especially love that photo of Phantom with the "treat time stink eye" LOL😼. Ah, ok. I get it now. Sounds like you are referring to tabby cats - calicos or tortoise shells. Since Clawde is a Bengal, which is a bred cat, I think the "rule" does not apply in quite the same way. 🐾💚

@tezza630 Fascinating! I always assumed it was any tricolor. And my cat was a tricolor tabby. Had kittens before I could have her fixed. Didn't even know she was pregnant!🤣But she gave birth to two calicoes and two orange and cream tabbies. Of course the calicoes were females and the tabbies male. I guess I learned something this time! Can't have cats anymore, hubs is allergic but we have 3 puppers! The loves of my life!🐶🐶🐶

No worries, Marie! So sorry to hear you cannot have kitties due to allergies. I am considered allergic as well, but i am not to the point of being unable to live with them. I do take Singulair and i also get allergy shots bi-weekly, but i have other allergies as well (mostly plants, mold and such). I don't know what i would do if i couldn't have my kitties!! 😕😕

And btw, i also love dogs - but my husband is not particularly fond of them and is very wary of them. I am also slightly allergic to dogs (supposedly), though i have never felt i had issues when around them. Our lifestyle also is not really conducive to the extra work involved with a dog. Oh, thank you!! It is such fun to photograph them, but especially Clawde - he is sooooo expressive!! Phantom is so sweet and mellow, but his coloring just doesn't "pop" like Clawde's does. Plus, he's older and sleeps. A LOT!! lol! Clawde is far more active and full of mischief. 😀😀💚🙀

Yes, he is!! He has that cute little lopsided white mask - when i saw him at the shelter, i knew immediately that i wanted to take him home and what his name would be! Thank you - it's the perfect name for him. And Clawde Meownet, named for Claude Monet the artist, is a work of art, so his name suits him as well. 😊😊

They looked exactly like the pictures and she opens a case against me saying the items were not as described! Sounds like such a scam. I've only been selling on here for a week! Hi - sorry to hear this! It's hurtful & frustrating! Posh will review the case - and they will determine if the buyer has a legitimate complaint. I would say most times they rule in your favor. Be sure to always have multiple clear pix and clear descriptions. Point out any flaws. Sadly, the buyer may give a low rating which affects you but there's nothing you can do about it. My son literally wore the one pair once!!!!! So distracting. I responded to the case and said I stand by what I sent. So what happens if they side with her? Do I get my shoes back!? That is crazy if I'm out the money and the shoes! I'm doing this because I need the extra cash!!

It usually does not take Posh too long to respond - should certainly be no more than one week, if even that long. I am not sure what Posh will do - sometimes they will decide to refund the buyer & allow you to keep your funds also. The buyer can keep the item in some cases - Might depend on cost. They may require her to return them & refund her. It's hard to say.

Based on the photo, they both look to be in excellent condition. Nonetheless, for your own protection and peace of mind, more photos are better imo. It strikes me that this young lady is working to scam you. It's shameful. I am hoping that Posh will see through it. 😘

Wendy, it was far less exciting than we thought it would be, lol! Poor Phantom, he couldn't walk cuz the guitar was banging on the floor. He just looked stunned. Clawde was completely freaked and we never could get it on him. We will torment them to a certain degree, but not so much as to terrify them. Oh well, 15 bucks down the drain, lol! Renee, Phantom was on "the green mile" at the shelter. He was nearly a year old, that age when he's not "a cute kitty" and nobody wanted him. (whaaaaa??? their loss!! he's so awesome!). A family had given him up when they moved. (again, whaaaaa???). He was in a cage in the lobby of the shelter, a last ditch effort to find him a home. (Cont)

I happened in bc we had recently lost a cat & i wanted a friend for our other cat, Steve (we have since lost him 😔) I was immediately smitten with Phantom - he reached his paw out of the cage when i came by. I knew his name would be Phantom immediately! - i fell in love!! (they had named him Spot bc of his white-tipped tail). He's been such a blessing to us. We say it every day. Wow! What a story!! I don't mean to laugh at your usage of Green Mile since it's a sad reality but how appropriate. Willow was an older kitten by a # of months & she was going to be put down at the vet just b/c of the sheer #'s they were getting that summer. A vet tech rescued her & somehow she made her way into our office. She was slotted to be given to someone I met at a meditation class who wanted a companion for her older cat.

She never paid a visit to the office but saw a pic & didn't think she was "kitten" enough. Well we know the ending to this story! Irony is Willow is small! She's a perpetual kitten! And so affectionate! Im thankful every day have her & things worked out the way they did.

yes, Phantom was just old enough to be, as you say, not kitten enough & therefore "unwanted". He is 14 now & plenty "kitteny" for us! - he races around the house spontaneously ("cat's on fire", we say), prowls & meows at night with one of his toys in his mouth & generally brings delight. Your Willow is gorgeous! Your story is beautiful. I truly believe animals are grateful for love & care. Thanks for sharing your story!! 🐾💚

Guilty as charged, Renee!! lol! Clawde in particular is a total delight to photograph because of his coloring. Phantom, gorgeous though he is, does not photograph as well. I love it that you are interested in the photos - thank you! I typically change them up every 6-8 weeks. Last time was 8.31. I always post the date. i do have a previous furboy listing but it is full so i cannot tag you. It should be right next to this one. ☺️🐾💚

Renee, ty, Phantom is indeed gorgeous and oh-so-sweet & still very spry at 14. Clawde strikes such fun poses & rarely takes a bad photo. Phantom's coloring is such that he just blends in to himself, lol. You can't separate legs, from tail, from torso & if his eyes are dilated, so that you can't see the green, then he looks as though he doesn't have eyes! lol! He's a delight, but photo ops are much more rare! 🐾💚

How funny!! I was lucky my cats retained their kitten spirits up until they were 18 yrs. I used to play "baseball" with them. Ball up some paper, wrap it in rubber bands & throw 'em pitches. One would swat & sometimes the other would go running to grab the "ball". If David Lettermen's Stupid Pet Tricks was around at the time they would have been contenders!😂

Kitty baseball! How fun! When clawde was a new kitten, he would "fetch" - I'd throw a toy, he'd grab it, bring it back. He still "sort of" does that, but only when he's in the mood - and that is rare. He does occasionally drop a toy mouse at my feet & then run like the dickens waiting for me to throw it. He also would jump incredibly high & flip in the air with a feather on a stick. it was amazing to see. Gotta love them! 🙀🐾💚

I find that happens more frequently, because I'm usually pretty observant, when I'm on the wheel and get like 1000 new followers in an hour and a half time. I will definitely check bang bang out!! Hi, sweet Gretchen! Thx for your note! We're doing well! Had a very busy summer, a few trips, a few visitors, lots going on. We often think of getting a 3rd cat 🙀🙀🙀 cuz sweet Clawde gets so bored too - he & Phantom are buddies, but they don't "play" cuz Phantom is older & just gets annoyed. I sometimes feel so badly for Clawde. I think it's always a good idea to have a playmate for a furbaby. Good luck with your decision. 🐾💚

Thanks for signing up for updates, Natalie! It's funny, cuz Phantom and Clawde are both really sweet but Phantom always looks annoyed in photos, lol! He usually has big green round eyes, but when I'm taking pix they become beady & wary! Clawde is more "fun" to photograph because of his coloring. Phantom blends in too much. Phantom is very mellow but he does get his dander up when Clawde pesters him! 🐾💚

Ha, thank you! Yes, they are both handsome and sweet! We are very fortunate to have had such great cats over the years. I did not grow up with cats - Rob did. So when we moved in together, we got a cat together, my first one ever. I was actually kind of freaked out by him, but he was awesome - sadly, we lost him when he was just 4 years old & it broke my heart. 😢💔

Hi Renee! Rob is far more advanced at guitar than i am at drums. I’ve only been at it since March of this year so I’m still very much a newbie, but i enjoy it! I am in love with your beautiful cats. What gorgeous markings. I love animals more than most people. I have had so many stray dogs and feral cats in my adult life because I never had pets growing up. I miss all the ones that have gone on. I have a brother and sister, once feral, Cats that I absolutely love love love. They are the children I never had. Aren’t we lucky to have our babies? I get so upset when people tell me you cannot make Feral Kittens or cats into wonderful loving little angels.

Hi Sondra! aw, i never had animals either as a kid - got my first cat when i moved in with my then boyfriend, now husband. I was terrified & wary initially, being unfamiliar with cat behavior, but then i was smitten & he stole my heart! We lost him at just 4 y.o. & it broke my heart. Hi Carla! Clawde does have gorgeous eyes, for sure. Very sad-looking but so lovely. That reflection picture - one of my faves! The granite reflects perfectly on the counter and Clawde loves to sit on the bar stool that is next to it, captured at just the right moment. He's just too handsome, but that pic is simply brilliant!! You've obviously got the best muses for your photography here, but you do get such great photos. Nia, TY! Some photo ops just present themselves & are too perfect! They look staged but are not! lol! the boys sit next to each other while waiting for food - this time their tails just lay in a perfect X & i couldn’t resist. The reflection pic is a fave of mine. He’s on the bar stool at the kitchen counter - the granite reflected perfectly. Fortunately he sat still long enough, lol! He often startles & runs off! thx for the love!! 🐾💚🐾

I wish i had photos of Phantom, but he pre-dated the iphone and i don’t have many digital photos of him as a youngster. I know what you mean, unless they're sleeping, you just never know how long a cat will stay in one position & it's usually not that long once we come on to the scene with our cameras!! 😂 📸 So sweet & innocent, his eyes peering up over the counter top, though!! 💞 A true gem! 💘😺 Great job capturing the many colors of your fur babies personalities!!💕

oh Ann, thank you! I love the “reflecting” picture. Interestingly, we have a similar picture of our cat Stevie, who passed in 2012 (3 months before we got Clawde). My niece took the photo when she was visiting. Both Stevie and Clawde love(d) to sit on the bar stool by the counter in our kitchen - both always scoping for food, lol! Thank you!! 🐾💚

Only remorse I see is a) the bad taste in his mouth & b) having witnesses to Teddy’s murder. He’s been caught red pawed! Would he do it again? Oh yeah, with no hesitation! Still has his teeth sunk in, reeeeal goood. Clawde can almost taste the life drain from his prey’s fuzz-filled limp head. What a hunter! My 2 take a wide birth around such prey. My puddy rats like to play victim not hunter LOL

So sweet. I have loved every furry family member I’ve ever had and when I’ve lost one my heart was broken. But when I lost Tabitha...still not over it. She was so special. Milo has become just like that. Cats just have such distinct, individual personalities. I need to take more pics.

Thank you! yes, lol, Clawde was named after one of my favorite artists! i love punny cat names, and this was perfect - and he suits his name, lol, because although he is not aggressive at all, he has slashed me numerous times due to being quite skittish. But he is sweet as can be and it is never intentional. I just try to stay prepared for the worst, so to speak!

@tezza630 tell me about litter box! 🤮 Haha. I had homeless mama cat showing up on my front yard with 5 kittens. I took one and adopted out the rest. I already had two of my cats. Before I could catch mama, she got pregnant again and delivered 7 more on my front porch. One of them my friend wanted to take and all others went to pet rescue and got all adopted, including mama cat. My friend backed out on taking a kitten, so now I have four 🙀

Love it. 5his is so sweet. Teri, do you know about animal communication? Did you know you can actually have a telepathic communication with your pets! I used it to help resolve issues with my rescued parrot and to help get bot my parrots to get along with one another. It is mind blowing and really helps.

There is a shelter that is killing these animals left and right so I’m working with different organizations to rescue and transport them to new homes. I’m working on getting my license. All of my rescues are on my Instagram. Please check it out and help spread the word share my Instagram. If we all work together we can stop all of this useless killing of this precious little animals

I'm doing ok. It's been a stressful summer. I'm a single mom and with everything increasing rent, food, electricity etc it's becoming harder to survive. I'm going to have to move and I totally dread that 😕. My daughter doesn't want to go. I'm currently looking for a job. Posh isn't working anymore. I had a wonderful business going until I discovered this app lol. Then things went into the negative. I've been treading for a long time on here and met some wonderful people like you 😀.

SOOO SWEET! Those faces make me smile! The one with the top of his head against your arm reminds me of our cat, Fred. When our granddaughter (who we raised) was ~4 years old she threw a few tantrums - flailing arms and kicking along with yelling. Every time it happened, despite the flying feet and arms, Fred would go to her and put the top of his head against her as close to her chest as possible. Every time, Jordyn calmed quickly. It was amazing!🐱

Hi Darlin’! Yes, he will be 17 in Sept. Approx - we got him June of 2003 & he was about 10 mo old. He’s the best, sweetest, mellowest boy, but he’s getting older & he’s gotten thinner. He’s still active, eats well, shows no signs of distress, but it hurts my heart to see him age. He’s an old man - losing muscle tone. But he will run and jump like nobody’s business, so our hope is many more years of love with him! TY!!!! 💚🐾💚🐾

@tezza630 17!!! What a blessing!! My last boy was almost 15 when he left us, but he was outdoor half of the time, loved it, so we knew he might not live as long as we wanted. But he was the most loving boy ever!!! I miss him so much still! My doggie girls are my loves now. And one, my Lila, is getting older, and I understand how it your heart hurts watching them age! We are so lucky to have the love of our animals!!! xoxoxox

every loss is a new wound that is very slow to heal, if it ever does. The only good takeaway is knowing that we will open our hearts to another furbaby who needs our love as much as we need theirs. It’s a cycle of love and loss, but it’s a beautiful thing. I cannot imagine life without a furbaby. 😘😘🐾

Phantom doesn’t look 16 and I hope he’s okay and that he’s not getting thin because he’s sick. 😢 Clawde seems to be the character of the two haha! Carla, i have over 16000 (SIXTEEN THOUSAND!!!) pictures on my phone!! lol! A great number of them are Clawde (yes you spelled his name correctly - a play on “Claude”, but of course had to have “Claw” in it 😉😉) and Phantom. i periodically try to weed out duplicates, but yes, it is very hard to do! lol!
