I need a lightweight jacket to bike to work. This looks lightweight. Are there any vent openings or inside pockets?

@bumblebee611 yes this is very light and it is ideal for movement, there are 2 zippered pockets at front but no pockets inside. The material is breathable and easy to carry when you remove it.
