Beautiful hand painted collector plate. It was Made in Czech Republic. It is a porcelain plate with a bisque finish on the front. The front is hand painted in tones of greens. The painting is of a flower cart carrying a large bunch of flowers in tones on green, yellow and red. The edges are scalloped with gold rim. It is signed "Hank 03". Very pretty plate for display or to add to your collection. It does not specify, but I would assume this is NOT for food - it is for display.
